Cobble Creek Vineyard

This is Niels and Bimmer’s home and our Tast­ing Room vine­yard, our first cer­ti­fied organ­ic vine­yard. Since we live in the vine­yard we did not want to be sur­round­ed by vines and soil con­t­a­m­i­nat­ed by syn­thet­ic chem­i­cals and began exper­i­ment­ing on grow­ing organ­i­cal­ly. It didn’t take long for us to adopt the same phi­los­o­phy to the rest of our vine­yards. The Zin­fan­del and Prim­i­ti­vo are head pruned in the tra­di­tion­al method that allows for small yields and nice sun expo­sure as the grapes mature.
