Whale Rock
Whale Rock is a very special site in the Templeton Gap District. The site is riddled with ancient whale bone fossils. The soil varies from rocky river stone to clay to limestone. The terrain allows us to grow many varieties due to soil types and micro-climates. The red wines are very rich, dark and bold while the whites have wonderful acid and bright fruit aromas. The vineyard is our poster child for organic and biodynamic farming. It is home to the Whale Rock Music festival and 18-hole disc golf course. Come and enjoy the fruits of our labor!
