Bethel Road Vineyard

Bethel Rd. is one of the icon­ic prop­er­ties on the west side of the Paso Rob­les appel­la­tion. Vision­ar­ies of the area first plant­ed it in the ear­ly 1980’s. Cas­toro Cel­lars pur­chased fruit for many years before pur­chas­ing the vine­yard in 2014. Rolling and steep hills define this site. Locat­ed in the Tem­ple­ton Gap, there are cool after­noon breezes in the after­noon help the grapes devel­op deep col­or and per­fect acid­i­ty for beau­ti­ful­ly bal­anced wines.
