Group Tasting Policy
To provide all our guests with an exceptional customer service and a pleasant atmosphere, we are limiting the number of tasters on site and the size of groups. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding making reservations and will we try and accommodate your group.
Groups from 1- 12 Guests for seated outdoor tastings
- By reservations
- Non tasters need to be included in reservation
- Outside on patio, table layout may depend on availability
- $20 tasting fee (Club Member fees waived up to 4 people)
- Tasting menu of 5 reserve wines
- Reservations available from 10:00am – 4:30pm
- Walk-in and Bar tastings space available on a first come first serve basis
Groups from 13- 20 guests for seated outdoor tastings or bottle service on Fri ‑Sun, holidays
- By reservation, min 72hrs in advance
- Email events@castorocellars.com or call tasting room for availability
- Private seated tasting in Gallery, Patio or Back Lawn
- Multiple tables booked online for 1 group will not be seated together
- $20 pp tasting fee (Club Member fees waived up to 4 people) plus 18% gratuity paid in advance
- 100% refundable up to 24hrs before reservations, 50% refundable day of reservation
- No tasting fee refund but 10% discount on bottle purchases
- 2hr time limit
- Set menu of 5 reserve Wine plus a bonus pour
- Seated Large Group Tastings available 10:00am – 2:00pm
- Seated tastings will not be given to large groups without a reservation; outdoor space available for bottle service on a first come first serve basis
- There is availability and flexibility on midweek tastings, please call for more information
Groups from 20+ guests
- Considered an Event – Need to reserve space 2 weeks out (see Event Information Packet)

- Seated/Standing tastings will not be given to large groups without a reservation; outdoor space available for bottle service on a first come first serve basis
