Group Tast­ing Policy

To pro­vide all our guests with an excep­tion­al cus­tomer ser­vice and a pleas­ant atmos­phere, we are lim­it­ing the num­ber of tasters on site and the size of groups. Please con­tact us if you have any ques­tions regard­ing mak­ing reser­va­tions and will we try and accom­mo­date your group.

Groups from 1- 12 Guests for seat­ed out­door tastings

  • By reser­va­tions
  • Non tasters need to be includ­ed in reservation
  • Out­side on patio, table lay­out may depend on availability
  • $20 tast­ing fee (Club Mem­ber fees waived up to 4 people)
  • Tast­ing menu of 5 reserve wines
  • Reser­va­tions avail­able from 10:00am – 4:30pm
  • Walk-in and Bar tast­ings space avail­able on a first come first serve basis

Groups from 13- 20 guests for seat­ed out­door tast­ings or bot­tle ser­vice on Fri ‑Sun, holidays

  • By reser­va­tion, min 72hrs in advance
  • Email events@​castorocellars.​com or call tast­ing room for availability
  • Pri­vate seat­ed tast­ing in Gallery, Patio or Back Lawn
  • Mul­ti­ple tables booked online for 1 group will not be seat­ed together
  • $20 pp tast­ing fee (Club Mem­ber fees waived up to 4 peo­ple) plus 18% gra­tu­ity paid in advance
  • 100% refund­able up to 24hrs before reser­va­tions, 50% refund­able day of reservation
  • No tast­ing fee refund but 10% dis­count on bot­tle purchases
  • 2hr time limit
  • Set menu of 5 reserve Wine plus a bonus pour
  • Seat­ed Large Group Tast­ings avail­able 10:00am – 2:00pm
  • Seat­ed tast­ings will not be giv­en to large groups with­out a reser­va­tion; out­door space avail­able for bot­tle ser­vice on a first come first serve basis
  • There is avail­abil­i­ty and flex­i­bil­i­ty on mid­week tast­ings, please call for more information

Groups from 20+ guests

  • Con­sid­ered an Event – Need to reserve space 2 weeks out (see Event Infor­ma­tion Packet)
  • Email events@​castorocellars.​com for more information
  • Seated/​Standing tast­ings will not be giv­en to large groups with­out a reser­va­tion; out­door space avail­able for bot­tle ser­vice on a first come first serve basis
