Good Medicine Presents: Blasting Co.

What began as a Nashville street band evolved into one of the most dis­tinc­tive voic­es in con­tem­po­rary music com­po­si­tion, blend­ing rus­tic Amer­i­can folk tra­di­tions with East­ern Euro­pean influ­ences, orches­tral ele­ments, and mod­ern sensibilities. 

The Blast­ing Com­pa­ny com­posed the crit­i­cal­ly-acclaimed and unfor­get­table music for the ani­mat­ed series Over the Gar­den Wall which has amassed over 220 Mil­lion streams glob­al­ly. Defy­ing any one genre, the band is well known for their ver­sa­til­i­ty in a mul­ti­tude of musi­cal gen­res, past and present. 

Found­ed by long­time broth­ers Joshua Kauf­man and Justin Ruben­stein, the band busked the streets of Europe and the U.S., even­tu­al­ly land­ing in Los Ange­les where they were quick­ly intro­duced to the world of film and television.
