Yara has been enjoy­ing the cen­tral Coast win­ery expe­ri­ences since 2017 and has been a wine enthu­si­ast for many years before that. She fell in love with Cas­toro wines, the friend­ly per­son­al tast­ing expe­ri­ence, and the sto­ry of the Cas­tro fam­i­ly busi­ness, which pushed her to join our hos­pi­tal­i­ty team in 2023. when Yara is not at Cas­toro you might see her in one of the local tast­ing rooms, expand­ing her palate.
