Luke Udsen
One of two sons of owners Niels and Bimmer Udsen, Luke has grown up in the wine business and worked in almost every facet of the industry over the years. With a passion for creative expression and sustainability, Luke has found a niche within Castoro Cellars that is rewarding both personally and professionally.
Justin Perino
Justin previously spent more than two decades at Scheid Family Wines in various roles encompassing: vineyard management, production sales, winery operations, bottling and warehousing. His broad work experience and business acumen has allowed him to develop a deep understanding of successful winery operations. He has a strong network within the California Wine Industry, as well as a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing wineries.
Justin is active within his community, currently serving on the Dean’s Advisory Council for the Cal Poly College of Agriculture, Food & Environmental Sciences. Previously, he has served as Vice Chair of Almond Acres Charter Academy in Paso Robles, as well as Chair of the Paso Robles Parks & Recreation Advisory Commission.
Justin graduated from The University of Arizona with a degree in Physiology. He is also a Graduate of the California Ag Leadership Program, Class 44.
Justin has been a resident of Paso Robles for over 20 years where he lives with his family. When not busy keeping things running smoothly at Castoro, he enjoys gardening, snow skiing and off-roading in his 1972 Toyota Land Cruiser.
Kelsey McClure
Kelsey moved to the Central Coast in 2014 to attend Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, where she graduated with a B.S. in Wine & Viticulture in 2016.
