Our Whale Rock Vine­yard is CCOF Cer­ti­fied Organ­ic and locat­ed on the west­side of Paso Rob­les in the Tem­ple­ton Gap Dis­trict. Look for dark fruit, cur­rants, plumbs and toast­ed oak on the nose with a fin­ish of dark choco­late and plum. This ver­sa­tile wine will age grace­ful­ly and pairs well with any­thing from appe­tiz­ers to heavy pas­ta dish­es. This is def­i­nite­ly one of our per­son­al go-to wines. Enjoy!
